At Christianhood, we work with customers every day to ensure their artwork looks as good as possible when printed or embroidered on a garment. Below are a few key points regarding artwork to help you when placing your order and also guidelines on how to care for your new clothing.
Positions we can print and embroider:
We can print and embroider designs in a wide range of positions; the positions available depends on the garments you select.
Typical positions include left or right chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back and so on. If the positions available aren’t quite right for your needs, we can still help you. Just contact our team before placing your order for help.
File types we accept
When placing your order please attach your file to your email. We accept the following image types: jpg, jpeg, gif, ai, eps, pdf.
Image transparency
Customers often get concerned about logo transparency, but there is really no need to be! Our team is well used to removing the background from artwork files before production and by default, this is what they will do. If certain areas of your design should be transparent, please let us know when you are ordering.
Artwork quality and design
In general, you should try and upload the best quality version of your logo or image you have to ensure the best end results.
If you upload a file that is of a low quality we will struggle to print or embroider and our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed. If you are supplying your own artwork for print or embroidery, it is your responsibility to check the spelling and artwork for the clothing. If we supply the artwork you will receive an approval of all artwork before we proceed.
After Care
We hope you enjoy your new garments for a very long time. Here are a few tips on how to best care for them. Always wash your garments inside out. It is advisable to wash your garments at 30 degrees (no higher than 40). Never ever tumble dry your garments – this might be obvious, but some people still do! It will ruin the print work or embroidery work. If you have any issue, please do get in touch.
